SEARGIN IS HIRING!

We are looking for an experienced professional responsible for end-to-end digital measurement and analytics — from tracking implementation and data collection, through analysis, to actionable business recommendations and dashboarding. The role combines skills of a data analyst, tracking specialist, and data engineer within the digital marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the effectiveness and profitability of advertising campaigns using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify strengths and weaknesses using GA4
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for website and conversion optimization
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot user behavior tracking in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Set up and manage marketing campaign tracking within GTM
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses based on business needs using:
  • GA4 (including BigQuery export)
  • Snowflake (internal data warehouse)
  • Design and build end-to-end dashboards in Looker Studio
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data engineering teams to define KPIs and ensure data quality
  • Ensure consistency, reliability, and integrity of tracking and reporting data

Must-Have Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM): tags, triggers, variables, and debugging implementations
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Experience working with BigQuery and Snowflake
  • Proficiency in building dashboards in Looker Studio (end-to-end ownership)
  • Senior-level experience with full ownership of analytics and tracking scope
  • Ability to translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong autonomy in delivering ad hoc analyses for various stakeholders
  • High attention to data quality and reliability
  • Proactivity and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and their measurement integrations
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and the DOM for GTM debugging
  • Scripting skills for automating analyses (e.g., Python)
