The Role

We need a junior marketer to own our growth engine. Run paid ads, manage social channels, build lead magnets, report honestly on what is and is not working. No one will be handing you a brief every Monday. You figure out what needs doing and you do it.

What You Will Be Doing

• Running and optimising paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
• Managing our LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube presence
• Creating content and lead magnets that pull our ICP into our world
• Tracking performance weekly and reporting honestly on what the data says
• Documenting what you learn into playbooks so the function compounds over time

Who We Are Looking For

Maybe you have just finished a marketing degree and you are ready to actually do something with it. Maybe you have had a year or two in the industry and you are good at it but have not had a real shot at owning something end to end yet. Either way, this is that chance.

You will need some exposure to paid ads or content; whether that is through a placement, a university project, your own social channels, or a side hustle. Strong writing skills, genuine curiosity about what AI is doing to your field, and the self-direction to manage your own output without someone telling you what to do every day.

You do not need a marketing degree. You need to care, move fast, and be honest when something is not working.

Salary and Growth

Junior Marketers at MVL start at £30,000 per year.

Campaigns are yours from week two. The marketing function at MVL does not have a ceiling yet, so if you build it well, the role expands with it.
