This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Client Strategy & Integrated Marketing based in United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced marketing strategist who thrives at the intersection of client advisory, integrated campaign strategy, and commercial growth. You will lead high-value B2B technology client relationships, shaping marketing programs that connect brand, demand generation, content, paid media, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation into measurable business outcomes. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, requiring the ability to guide complex marketing initiatives while staying close to execution where needed. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping translate business objectives into scalable, performance-driven marketing strategies. In addition to client leadership, you will play a key role in mentoring teams, improving delivery quality, and strengthening account performance. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to agency leadership, helping shape growth strategy, operating models, and the next phase of organizational development. Accountabilities In this role, you will lead strategic client relationships, design integrated marketing programs, and ensure all initiatives are aligned with measurable business outcomes such as pipeline growth, revenue influence, and brand expansion.

  • Lead and grow senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to marketing, communications, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate client business goals into integrated marketing strategies spanning demand generation, content, paid media, SEO, analytics, and automation.
  • Oversee full-funnel marketing programs, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in developing campaign plans, briefs, reporting frameworks, and performance insights.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, improved performance, and expanded marketing programs.
  • Provide hands-on strategic support across marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and/or Marketo, including campaign logic, segmentation, and lifecycle design.
  • Ensure reporting and analytics clearly connect marketing performance to business outcomes and actionable insights.
  • Mentor internal teams, strengthen account leadership capabilities, and elevate client service standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support account retention, profitability, and agency growth initiatives.

Requirements This role requires extensive experience in B2B marketing leadership, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to connect marketing strategy to measurable business impact.

  • Significant experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing, or agency environments focused on B2B or technology clients.
  • Proven track record of leading senior client relationships with executive-level stakeholders (CMOs, founders, or revenue leaders).
  • Strong expertise in B2B marketing strategy, including demand generation, content strategy, paid media, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Experience designing and overseeing full-funnel marketing programs tied to business KPIs such as pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong ability to translate complex marketing data into clear, strategic insights and executive-level storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop marketing and account teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with account growth, retention, budgeting, or resourcing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate with confidence in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining structure and clarity.
