Role Description: We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented part-time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our external communications, supporting sales efforts, and growing our digital presence across email and social platforms.
Responsibilities:Marketing & Growth
- Design, write, and schedule bi-weekly newsletters, roundup emails, and press announcements
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Instagram, etc.) with a focus on deliverability and engagement
- Manage domain authentication to ensure optimal email delivery (in coordination with tech support)
Sales Support
- Manage and triage inbound inquiries via HubSpot CRM
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date sales pipeline in HubSpot—tagging, categorizing, and tracking follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal team to send outreach materials and keep communication consistent
Social Media
- Design, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Source and share relevant content, including press highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and project stories
- Maintain and manage the content calendar; lead the approval process in collaboration with the creative team
- Create and edit assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma when necessary (strong design sensibility is essential)
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing and social media; experience in creative production a plus
- Proficiency in Social Media Management, Mailchimp, and HubSpot (Expertise in Figma is a plus)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and email deliverability
- Excellent eye for design, attention to detail, and sharp copywriting skills
- Self-starter who’s comfortable taking initiative and working independently
- Passion for storytelling, culture, and high-end creative work
