Role Description

This is a remote first position and we’re looking for a creative, empathetic, and organized communicator to:

• Drive our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Build and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences)
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries with sensitive, science-backed responses
• Support clinical and brand partnerships, from outreach through ongoing collaboration
• Assist in our podcast production and thought-leadership initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing, community management, or partnerships
• Strong writing skills with a knack for tailoring tone across channels
• Deep empathy around fertility and women’s health topics
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and social-media suites
• Startup mindset—organized, proactive, and ready to juggle multiple priorities
