Tasks

  • Set up and scale ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Build landing pages that convert, using tools like Webflow, Framer, or whatever gets the job done
  • Write ad copy, headlines, and offers that grab attention and sell
  • Use performance data to test, optimize, and double down on what works
  • Create funnels that connect paid traffic to real conversions
  • Track everything, measure everything, and improve what matters
  • Work closely with our content team to match ads with the right creatives

Requirements

  • You’ve run ads before and made them work
  • You know how to build landing pages that convert
  • You understand what makes people click and buy
  • You’re comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google
  • You can handle basic tracking, pixels, and analytics
  • Bonus if you write strong copy or know what makes an offer hit
  • Most important: you care about performance, not just doing tasks
