Role Description

We are a performance marketing agency supporting a wide range of U.S.-based clients in both B2B and B2C sectors, including eCommerce, home services, and local businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing substantial ad budgets, optimizing performance campaigns, and delivering clear, data-backed results.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on Search (occasional Display and Remarketing)

 • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, keywords, and audience targeting

 • Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS

 • Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

 • Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights

Qualifications

 • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns required)

 • Proven experience managing campaigns for the U.S. market

 • Demonstrated ability to manage monthly ad budgets of $10,000+

 • Strong knowledge of lead generation and cold traffic acquisition strategies

 • Experience working with both B2B and B2C accounts

 • Fluent in Russian (for internal communication)

 • English proficiency at upper-intermediate to advanced level (B2–C1), with strong ability to handle ad copy, data interpretation, and platform navigation

 • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and performance-focused

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-ticket niches (e.g., home improvement, legal, healthcare)
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Zapier, and automation tools
  • Google Ads certifications
