Social Listening & Insights Analyst (Remote – EU)

We're currently expanding our team on a strategic Social Listening & Data Analysis project for a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. We're looking for a collaborator with strong analytical skills and experience in social data and insights.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and interpret social media and web data to extract insights from patient and public conversations
• Work with Social Listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch) to explore multiple therapeutic areas
• Support in building and refining multilingual queries
• Synthesize findings and turn them into clear reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with our internal team and client-side stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across deliverables

What we're looking for

• Experience with Social Listening platforms (Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or similar)
• Background in data analysis, digital research or insight generation
• Strong ability to interpret unstructured data (social conversations, forums, reviews)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – italian language is a plus
• Comfortable working remotely in a collaborative, international setup
• Ability to deliver clear, structured reports (Google Slides)
• Knowledge or interest in healthcare/pharma is a bonus, not a must
