Social Media Marketing Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media communication strategy across all platforms
• Plan and execute content calendars based on long-term brand strategy
• Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok in the DACH region
• Organize and lead special campaigns and community engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with influencers – from scouting and outreach to co-creating content
• Monitor performance, analyze data, report on results, and optimize future actions accordingly

Our Requirements:

• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is a must
• Proven experience in social media marketing 
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and content formats
• Strong content creation skills and ability to adapt messaging across channels
• Confidence in front of the camera – for stories, reels, and community interaction
• Passion for travel and outdoor adventures is a big plus
