The role
Due to continued growth, we’re searching for a Paid Media Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across paid search and social.
The Paid Media Executive works closely with senior team members, ensuring campaigns are correctly set up, monitored, and optimised in line with client goals.
The role of a Paid Media Executive:
- Deliver paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, and AdRoll.
- Ensure campaigns are structured correctly from the outset related to targeting, budgets, and tracking.
- Support with ongoing optimisation, testing, and performance improvements.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking and attribution setups to ensure accurate measurement.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, spotting trends and issues early.
- Support with reporting and analysis, using platforms such as GA4 to turn data into insights.
- Collaborate with the wider team to test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Support structured testing approaches to improve efficiency and CPA.
- Refine targeting, keywords, and audience based on performance data.
- Stay apprised with platform updaters, best practices, and industry changes.
A Paid Media Executive should have:
- Experience working as a Paid Media Executive or Paid Media Associate – setting up, managing and optimising accounts.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
- Experience working with both paid search and paid social channels.
- Experience with creative strategy and landing page structures to enhance campaign performance.
- Exposure to digital marketing channels, especially local campaigns.
