About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and highly organised Influencer Marketing Executive to lead and scale our TikTok influencer partnerships. This role will focus on both gifted and paid collaborations, with the goal of driving conversions and awareness through TikTok Shop.
You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential TikTok creators, managing influencer outreach and negotiations, handling briefs and gifting logistics, and continuously optimizing performance based on ROI. You’ll also build and manage a network of creators on a monthly retainer who consistently deliver high-performing content.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of TikTok trends, an eye for talent, and a proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from end to end.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Discovery & Recruitment
- Identify and recruit relevant TikTok influencers for both gifted collaborations and paid retainers.
- Build long-term partnerships with creators who align with our brand and audience.
- Track creator performance and prioritise based on engagement, content quality, and sales impact.
Outreach & Negotiation
- Manage outreach campaigns with clear and compelling messaging.
- Negotiate gifted and paid collaborations with influencers and/or their agents.
- Set up monthly retainer agreements with high-performing creators.
Briefing & Coordination
- Develop clear and concise creative briefs aligned with our brand tone and TikTok strategy.
- Coordinate product gifting, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure creators tag TikTok Shop correctly and follow campaign guidelines.
Campaign Performance & ROI Analysis
- Track performance of each collaboration using TikTok Shop analytics and affiliate data.
- Monitor sales, views, engagement, and content quality to identify what works.
- Continuously test and iterate to improve ROI and influencer selection.
- Report weekly/monthly on influencer ROI and learnings to guide future campaigns.
Trend & Community Awareness
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creator communities.
- Recommend new content styles and creator types to test.
- Share insights with the creative and media team to align influencer content with broader marketing efforts.
Desired Qualities
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally with a focus on TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, content formats, and how to drive conversions.
- Proven track record of sourcing, managing, and scaling influencer partnerships.
- Experience negotiating paid collaborations and managing creator retainers.
- Ability to analyse campaign results and make data-driven decisions.
- Confident communicator with excellent organisation and follow-through.
- Proactive, adaptable, and excited to build and own a key growth channel.
- Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop or managing influencer content in e-commerce.
