Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to retail stores, distributors, and dealer locations to ensure proper product display and brand visibility.
• Implement in-store merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and store managers.
• Monitor product stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and report replenishment needs.
• Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Ensure promotional materials and display tools are correctly placed and updated.
• Provide regular reports and photo documentation of store visits and merchandising performance.
• Support marketing events, trade shows, and product training as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, field sales, or related roles (best:DIY)
• Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising sense.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
• German and fluent in English; additional European language(s) a strong plus.
• Valid work permit and driver’s license for assigned region/country
