We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our team and drive the expansion of our TotalPLM platform into the retail and brand markets, with a specific focus on all facets of Planning.

The Opportunity:

As an Account Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of Bamboo Rose’s continued growth, owning new business sales for our TotalPLM platform at the nexus of Planning and Ai Decision Intelligence. You’ll work with some of the most well-known and forward-thinking retailers in the world—companies ready to modernize their planning, development, and delivery processes.

This is a highly strategic, consultative role ideal for someone who thrives in a complex enterprise sales environment. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right opportunities, engaging executive stakeholders, and guiding prospects through a value-led buying journey. You'll also work closely with internal teams to align Bamboo Rose’s capabilities to each customer’s business needs and transformation roadmap.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities within target accounts in the retail and brand sectors.
  • Engage C-level and senior decision-makers in Planning, Merchandising, Product Development, and IT.
  • Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations and demonstrations of Bamboo Rose’s TotalPLM solutions.
  • Map account opportunities and drive end-to-end sales processes—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Partner with internal product and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies and campaign execution.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Stay current on industry trends in retail planning and PLM to provide consultative value to prospects.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in retail technology and planning platforms.
  • Proven track record selling to large retail or brand organizations, particularly in Planning, Merchandising, or Product Development.
  • Strong understanding of retail financial and merchandise planning processes and the associated business challenges.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and influence complex buying cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with strategic account mapping, power-base selling, and multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience with Force Management, MEDPICC or similar sales methodology
  • BA/BS required; MBA is a plus.
