🚀 About SimpliaSimplia Inc. is not hiring a Director. We’re hiring a revenue-obsessed, AI-powered war general who can lead our charge to $2M+ in Monthly Recurring Revenue by Dec 2025. We’re a Los Angeles-based tech startup with a high-performance AI platform delivering end-to-end websites, marketing systems, and business tools to small and mid-sized businesses across North America.

We don’t need another digital marketing “expert.”

We need someone who’s already owned revenue at scale, led massive digital delivery teams, and can sniff out churn or upsell opportunities before they hit the dashboard. We need a hunter, a visionary, a builder, and a retention killer all in one.

🎯 The Mission (Read Carefully)

You will own the revenue after the sale. That means:

  • Crushing churn.
  • Maximizing upsell.
  • Building a machine that delivers retention above 90%.
  • Creating micro-tested, high-impact proof of concepts for top clients — and scaling them fast.

This is a founder-facing role with direct accountability for retained revenue, upsell growth, and delivery team performance. If you're not a hands-on, strategic, AI-obsessed digital growth leader with scars to prove it, don’t waste your time applying.

🔥 What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey post-sale: value delivery, expansion, retention, and experience.
  • Architect and execute foolproof retention systems to deliver 90%+ retained revenue monthly.
  • Design aggressive upsell playbooks using customer data, usage metrics, and behavioral insights.
  • Lead a high-performance army:
  • Partners – the client-facing relationship managers.
  • Delivery teams – performance marketers, graphic designers, content strategists, UX/UI, and more.
  • Innovate relentlessly — micro-test growth ideas, launch proof-of-concept campaigns, scale winning formulas across accounts.
  • Own and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling, SMS, WhatsApp, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and forecasts that expose risk, unlock upsell, and maximize LTV.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product, AI, and Data Science to embed AI-led decisioning into everything we deliver.

💪 Who You Need to Be

  • 10+ years in high-impact digital marketing, growth, or revenue roles.
  • Proven experience owning retention and upsell in $10M+ ARR environments — ideally SaaS, MarTech, or AI-powered platforms.
  • Track record of building and scaling customer delivery teams globally.
  • Master of full-stack growth marketing — from performance ads to funnel engineering to nurture automation.
  • Strategic thinker + ruthless executor. You can build the plan and get your hands dirty making it real.
  • Comfortable in chaos. You’ve led in warzones, not comfort zones.
  • Deeply fluent in customer success, revenue operations, and digital campaign strategy.
  • Obsessed with metrics that matter: NRR, GRR, LTV, CAC, churn velocity, cohort stickiness, etc.
  • Proven innovator who has built micro-PoCs and scaled them to revenue.
  • AI enthusiast who leverages AI tools for content, targeting, personalization, and customer engagement.

🌟 Bonus Points

  • Agency or hyper-growth startup background with high deal velocity.
  • Experience with North American SMB digital marketing.
  • You’ve worked on or with AI-driven martech stacks.
  • MBA or advanced degree (we care more about outcomes than titles).
