About The Role As Project Manager within the Global MarCom Program Office, you will bridge strategy and execution across global teams. You’ll lead complex international projects, orchestrate New Product Launches (NPLs), streamline processes, and ensure brand consistency across diverse markets. You will thrive here if you enjoy structure, clarity, and bringing order to fast‑moving environments—while collaborating with multicultural teams across time zones. What You’ll Lead
- Global Campaign & NPL Execution Manage end‑to‑end global marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment across regions. Coordinate creative production, including briefings, shoots, and asset development.
- Operational Excellence & Process Design Audit and improve workflows, build scalable processes, and drive operational efficiency. Act as the “traffic controller” for MarCom, coordinating internal teams and external agencies.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management Partner with global product management, regional marketing teams, and senior leadership. Provide transparent reporting, identify risks early, and implement contingency plans.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience managing complex international projects (agency, manufacturing, consumer goods, consulting, or similar).
- Strong project management capability in global, matrixed environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Google Suite.
- A structured, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across cultures and regions.
- Calm, decisive, and solutions‑oriented under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Experience in MarCom, branding, or campaign execution.
- Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances.
- Understanding of creative production workflows.
