We’re looking for a Director of Marketing & Client Engagement to lead our marketing strategy, demand generation efforts, and client engagement initiatives. This is a leadership role for a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, technology, and relationship-building.

What You’ll DoLead Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified opportunities and support revenue growth.
Partner closely with Sales and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Create and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, animal health, and corporate clients.
Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn, webinars, content marketing, and industry events.
Own Marketing Automation & HubSpot Operations
Serve as the organization’s HubSpot expert and primary administrator. Build and optimize workflows, lead nurturing programs, segmentation strategies, and lead scoring
models. Create landing pages, email campaigns, forms, dashboards, and reporting structures. Track campaign performance, attribution, conversion metrics, and pipeline impact. Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable marketing insights.
Elevate Event Marketing & Client Engagement
You’ll lead marketing efforts surrounding:
Healthcare Professional (HCP)Meetings
Advisory Boards
Congresses &Trade Shows
Investigator Meetings
Medical Affairs Programs
Product Launches
Executive Meetings
Virtual & Hybrid Events
Responsibilities include:
Pre-event awareness campaigns
Attendee engagement strategies
Event branding and messaging
Speaker and session promotion
Social media planning and execution
Post-event nurture campaigns
Survey development and attendee feedback analysis
Event ROI measurement and reporting
Build Content That Creates Conversations
Develop thought leadership, case studies, white papers, blogs, event recaps, and sales enablement materials. Support executive leadership with presentations, strategic messaging, and market positioning. Collaborate across teams to create compelling client-facing content, proposals, and RFP support materials. Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand communications.
Lead & Develop Talent
Manage and mentor an experienced marketing team member. Foster a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture. Drive accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.4+ years of marketing leadership experience within B2B services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, meetings, or events industries. Advanced HubSpot expertise including:
Marketing automation
Workflow creation
Campaign management
CRM administration
Reporting and dashboards
Lead scoring
Email marketing
Experience supporting sales teams and contributing to pipeline growth.
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
Meetings, events, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical affairs industry experience. LinkedIn advertising and digital marketing expertise. Experience marketing complex professional services or consulting solutions.
