About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives, brand awareness efforts, and lead generation strategies for a growing life sciences services organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys building and executing strategic marketing campaigns, driving digital transformation, and collaborating with global teams to increase visibility, engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B marketing, digital content strategy, lead generation, website management, and campaign execution within the life sciences, professional services, or technical services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead website transformation projects, including content strategy, site architecture, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and sales collateral
  • Drive lead generation initiatives that support business development and sales growth
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage website content, analytics, redirects, and ongoing optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with commercial, leadership, and global marketing teams to align messaging and branding
  • Support conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry events
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across multiple markets and regions
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and marketing priorities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within life sciences, healthcare, professional services, staffing, or technical services
  • Proven experience developing digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and website optimization
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities
  • Creative mindset with the ability to execute data-driven marketing strategies
  • Experience supporting sales organizations through lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
