Appointment Setter – B2B (Selling MVA Leads to Law Firms) | Remote | Commission-Based
We are hiring experienced B2B appointment setters to book qualified sales calls with US personal injury / MVA law firms.
Your role is to contact law firms, introduce our Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) lead generation services, qualify them as potential buyers, and book a sales appointment that shows up.
This is a performance-based role for people who understand B2B outreach, not consumer calling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cold calling personal injury & MVA law firms
- Outreach via LinkedIn (and optionally Instagram, where appropriate)
- Speaking with firm owners, partners, or senior decision-makers
- Qualifying firms based on buying intent, lead volume capacity, and budget
- Booking sales appointments and confirming attendance
- Following up to reduce no-shows
What Counts as a Qualified AppointmentYou are paid $30 per appointment when all of the following are true:
- The prospect is a personal injury / MVA law firm
- You speak with a decision-maker (partner, owner, or senior manager)
- The firm has active demand for MVA leads
- The appointment is properly scheduled
- The prospect shows up to the call
- No misleading claims (no guarantees, no fake exclusivity, no bait-and-switch)
If the firm does not show up or is misqualified, the appointment does not count.Compensation
- $30 USD per qualified appointment that shows up
- No cap on earnings
- Paid per attended appointment
This role is ideal for setters who have worked with:
- Legal services
- Lead generation offers
- High-ticket or volume-based B2B services
- Commission-only or performance-based models
Requirements
- Proven experience as a B2B appointment setter or cold caller
- Strong spoken English
- Confidence speaking with law firm partners or owners
- Comfortable with cold calling and LinkedIn outreach
- Ability to strictly follow qualification criteria
- Professional conduct (brand reputation matters)
This Role Is NOT
- Not consumer calling
- Not hourly
- Not for beginners
- Not for people who oversell, misrepresent, or go off-script
