About the Role

Super Hire is partnering with its client to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support administrative and operational workflows. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at accuracy, organization, and working independently in a remote environment.

The Data Entry Assistant will work closely with internal teams to manage data updates, maintain digital records, and ensure the accuracy of important company information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
  • Review information for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Perform data verification to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Support team members with data-related tasks when requested.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security.
  • Communicate clearly with team members to resolve missing or unclear information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to type efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
