Lemon Adds is a performance-driven eCommerce growth agency scaling serious DTC brands across multiple verticals. We do not send pretty emails for engagement. We build revenue engines.
We are hiring an Elite Email Marketing Strategist who can fully own retention, increase LTV, and turn email into a predictable, scalable revenue channel.
This role is exclusively for operators with real Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce brand experience.
If you have not worked inside or directly with DTC eCommerce brands, this role is not a fit.
Available to start immediately (or within 2 weeks)Role Responsibilities
• Own lifecycle email marketing strategy and execution for multiple DTC eCommerce brands
• Build, optimize, and scale all Klaviyo flows:
- Abandoned Cart
- Browse Abandonment
- Welcome Series
- Post Purchase
- Replenishment
- Winback
- Cross-sell / Upsell
- Develop and manage campaign calendars aligned with paid media and product launches
- Advanced segmentation and list hygiene management
- Structured A/B testing (subject lines, angles, offers, timing)
- Forecast revenue contribution from email
- Drive 25–40%+ total revenue contribution from retention
- Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with paid media, CRO, and creative teams
Mandatory Requirements
• 4+ years in DTC eCommerce email marketing (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience working with revenue-focused DTC brands
• Advanced Klaviyo expertise (conditional splits, dynamic content, flow architecture)
• Demonstrated track record generating 7+ figures in email revenue
• Strong understanding of conversion rate, revenue per recipient, AOV, and LTV
• Experience scaling brands doing $1M–$20M+ annually
• Direct response copy instincts
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
• Experience running structured A/B testing frameworks

• Ownership mindset — you do not wait for direction; you identify opportunities and execute
• Systems thinker — you build scalable flow architecture, not one-off fixes
• Performance-driven — you care about revenue per recipient, conversion rate, AOV, and LTV more than open rates
• High accountability — you measure your success by revenue impact, not task completion
• Clear communicator — you can explain strategy and performance data to internal teams and clients
This Role Is Not For You If:
• Your experience is primarily B2B, lead generation, or newsletter-focused
• You have not worked with DTC eCommerce brands
• You do not understand unit economics
• You have never owned a revenue channel
• You avoid performance accountability
