$80k–$90k + super, with consistent monthly commissions ($2k–$3k) and uncapped earning potential. OTE $105k–$120k+.

My client is a fast-growing marketing education business that helps service-based businesses generate consistent leads through paid advertising.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys the performance side of ads, analysing results, interpreting the data, and optimising campaigns to improve conversion outcomes. You'll be working across Meta Ads and Google Ads in a website lead generation context, and supporting clients through a structured program that teaches the strategies behind what works.

The Role

As the Paid Ads Specialist, you'll support members and clients as they build and improve lead generation campaigns. You'll help them understand what the numbers are saying and provide clear, practical guidance to improve performance.

You'll be confident coaching others, but also hands-on enough to jump into accounts, troubleshoot, and provide optimisation direction.

What you'll be doing

• Building and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns optimised for website lead generation

• Interpreting key performance metrics and translating results into clear optimisation actions

• 1:1 consulting with a small number of client accounts to improve performance, satisfaction and retention

• Coaching clients through campaign setup, performance reviews and optimisation strategy

• Supporting workshops and breakout sessions to help members implement and improve their campaigns

• Providing feedback on conversion-focused landing pages and nurture sequences that support paid traffic

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with real experience in lead generation ads — not just broader marketing, branding or organic social.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads optimised for website lead generation

• Confidence interpreting results and understanding how key metrics connect (CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS etc.)

• A naturally analytical mindset and strong number-crunching capability

• Experience optimising campaigns based on performance data and conversion outcomes

• Ability to explain what's happening in a campaign in a clear, practical way

• Bonus: experience with landing pages and nurture sequences designed to convert ad traffic

This role is not for you if…

• Your experience is mainly branding, organic social or content creation

• You haven't worked on conversion-focused lead gen campaigns across Meta or Google

• You prefer creative concepting over performance analysis and optimisation
