Customer Service Specialist (Mom & Baby / Lactation)

Amaris is growing — and we’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

If you have experience in Mom & Baby, lactation, or postpartum support and love helping families feel confident and cared for, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

This is a remote, part-time position supporting our community of moms through exceptional customer care.

For candidates with extensive social media and/or marketing experience, this role has the opportunity to expand into a full-time position with additional responsibilities in content creation, engagement, and brand growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, knowledgeable customer support via email, chat, and/or social platforms
• Answer questions related to lactation, pumping, postpartum care, and baby wellness
• Assist customers with product education and troubleshooting
• Support order management and customer follow-ups
• Collaborate with our small team to improve customer experience

If full-time eligible (marketing/social experience):

• Assist with social media management and engagement
• Help create educational and promotional content
• Support community-building initiatives
• Contribute to marketing strategy and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Mom & Baby, lactation, postpartum, or maternal health required
• Strong written communication skills (clear, warm, and supportive tone)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Credentials

• CBS (Certified Breastfeeding Specialist)
• CLC (Certified Lactation Counselor)
• IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant)

Certification is preferred but not required if you have strong hands-on experience in the field.
