Senior Paid Social Specialist

At Launch With Us, we partner with ambitious DTC founders to help scale brands from £2M to £7M+ through creative-led paid social across Meta and TikTok.

We currently manage more than £10M in annual ad spend across brands including Lucky Saint, Fem Fuelz, Butter & Crust, Four Five, and Aromatherapy Associates.

Now we’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join the team.

This role is built for someone who loves performance marketing and wants real influence over growth, not just another account management position.

You’ll be:

📈 Scaling ecommerce brands through high-performing Meta and TikTok campaigns

🧠 Working closely with strategy and creative teams to improve performance

🎯 Driving efficiency across CAC, MER, ROAS, and acquisition

🚀 Leading testing, optimisation, and campaign scaling decisions

🤝 Supporting founder-led brands with clear insights and commercial thinking
