_We are looking for a strategic and analytical CRM Lead with strong experience in player lifecycle management and a solid understanding of the online gaming industry.__This role will take ownership of CRM strategy across all markets, leading the planning, execution, and optimization of retention, engagement, and bonus campaigns for both Sportsbook and Casino products.__The CRM Lead will work closely with marketing, product, analytics, and operations teams to drive player value through targeted communications and data-driven campaign strategies._Ideal Candidate

  • Strong experience managing CRM strategies and campaigns within the online gaming industry;
  • Proven ability to analyze player data and translate insights into high-performing lifecycle campaigns;
  • Experience leading CRM planning and coordinating complex campaign calendars across multiple markets;
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives, manage multiple deadlines, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, player lifecycle management, and retention mechanics;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills;
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the CRM strategy and campaign roadmap across all markets;
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of retention and engagement campaigns;
  • Oversee segmentation strategies to ensure relevant and targeted communications across CRM channels;
  • Monitor CRM KPIs daily and adjust campaigns to maximize engagement, retention, and revenue;
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams to align campaign initiatives;
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools, communication channels, and bonus mechanics;
  • Continuously test campaigns, promotions, and communication flows to improve performance and player experience;
  • Identify opportunities to increase player value and improve lifecycle management;
  • Report on campaign performance, insights, and future initiatives to senior management.
