Location: Remote

Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Full-time (40 hours per week) but exclusively working with us

Time Zone: CET working hours

Compensation: USD $2500 per month

We are a fast-growing D2C company managing our own brands and distribution center. We sell exclusively under our private labels, with a strong focus on performance-driven growth, operational efficiency, and scaling internationally. Our team moves fast, adapts quickly, and strives to deliver the best possible customer experience through data-backed decision-making.

Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media presence and turn it into a strong growth channel in the German market. This role is not just about posting content, it's about understanding what works, building a consistent brand voice, and using content to drive real engagement and results.

You’ll be working closely with creators and the internal team to plan, execute, and improve everything we put out across our channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all social media channels including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Plan and produce high quality content across formats including short form video visuals and copy.
  • Build and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate with external creators including photographers, videographers and UGC creators to ensure steady content production.
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships from outreach to execution.
  • Develop relationships with online media blogs and platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Continuously refine social media strategy based on performance insights and platform trends.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends and translate insights into actionable content ideas.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement reach and conversions**.**

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in social media or digital marketing ideally within e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of the German market consumer behavior and digital trends.
  • Solid experience with content creation and social media management.
  • Good English communication skills both written and spoken.
  • German language is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong attention to detail and a good sense of branding and content quality.
