As our Brand, Communications, and Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind HoL's public voice, national reputation and growth trajectory.

In this part time (0.8) max term (2-year contract) role you'll work as a part of our central support team and be based ideally in Sydney or Brisbane, though other locations will be considered, and will work predominantly from home when not attending events, meetings and visiting schools.

You will make a difference by:

  • Leading the development of a national brand and positioning strategy that elevates HoL's profile and amplifies our purpose.
  • Developing and executing a strategic communications plan that powerfully tells HoL's story and showcases our impact.
  • Identifying and developing new initiatives and partnerships that support expansion in emerging and established markets.
  • Supporting the development of pitches, proposals and funding submissions that secure investment and unlock new opportunities.
  • Championing a data‑informed approach to storytelling, brand building and communication strategy.

  • Significant experience in brand strategy, communications, marketing or business development
