We’re searching for a Junior Growth Marketer who’s hungry to learn, loves data, and thrives in a high-standard, mission-driven team.

What you’ll do:

• Run and refine digital ad campaigns weekly
• Manage storefronts on Amazon & Shopify
• Build conversion-focused pages, emails, and content
• Coordinate content production (podcasts, videos, translations)
• Test, tweak, and optimise until results shine

What you’ll need:

• Up to 2 years’ experience in growth marketing or DTC
• Sharp eye for detail (top 5%) and love for high standards
• Hands-on with Shopify, Amazon, Google Workspace, Notion
• Native-level English (bonus: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic)
• A proactive, resourceful, and humble attitude

💶 Compensation: €29,000 - €50,000 (depending on experience)

 🌍 Location: Remote (Europe / Middle East timezones)
