Marketing Campaign Manager
Lifecycle + Marketing Automation | Remote
Our client is seeking someone who is a hands-on Marketing Campaign Manager to build, launch, QA, and optimize lifecycle and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a true builder/operator role — ideal for someone who enjoys being “fingers on keys,” working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and helping a growing marketing team launch smarter campaigns while systems and processes continue to mature.
This is not a strategy-only, project-management-only, or email-only role. The right candidate has personally built complex campaigns/journeys, can explain the technical logic behind them, and is comfortable owning execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with imperfect data and limited support. What you’ll do
Build and execute lifecycle campaigns across awareness, nurture, conversion, onboarding, retention, and win-back
Create automated journeys, segmentation logic, suppressions, personalization, and campaign workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Partner with Sales, RevOps, IT, Analytics/BI, Brand, Customer Service, and external vendors
Support lead flow, pipeline influence, customer retention, and account-based marketing efforts
QA campaigns carefully before launch, including data checks, audience validation, and personalization testing
Help reduce dependency on IT by owning day-to-day campaign execution and operational discipline
Manage multiple workstreams across channels including email, LinkedIn/ABM, paid media, direct mail, landing pages, and customer communications
What we’re looking for
6+ years of hands-on marketing campaign execution or marketing automation experience
Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred, especially Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, segmentation, and data extensions
Comfort working with imperfect data, manual list processes, basic SQL/reporting, and campaign QA
Experience with lifecycle marketing, B2B lead nurture, pipeline influence, retention, or win-back campaigns
Ability to operate independently without relying on an agency or large support team to execute
Collaborative, low-ego, team-oriented style
Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and building structure while moving quickly
Nice to have
ABM experience with LinkedIn, Demandbase, 6sense, or similar platforms
Lead scoring, routing, or RevOps partnership experience
Direct mail, SMS, in-app/push, or omni-channel campaign experience
Basic HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting
Location: Remote / flexible within the U.S.
