Performance Marketing Specialist

IZI1 is launching a new cross-border e-commerce platform focused on international market expansion across the GCC region. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead digital acquisition from day one.  

This role is for someone who enjoys creating campaigns from scratch, testing what works, and scaling successful channels. You will work in a fast-moving environment with direct input into how we enter and scale in these markets. 

What You'll Own 

You'll run the full performance marketing stack end-to-end: 

Paid Channels 

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) 
• Google Ads 
• TikTok Ads 
• WhatsApp Business API + CRM 

Core Focus Areas 

• Drive down CAC while scaling spends 
• Optimize CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS 
• Run audience testing, A/B tests, and retargeting loops 
• Build campaign tracking infrastructure (GA4, Meta Pixel, dashboards) 
• Coordinate with creative on ad assets and landing page CRO 
• Execute influencer campaigns and own the reporting 
• Launch retention plays via WhatsApp and email 

Strategic 

• Work directly with marketing leadership on launch strategy and market expansion 

Requirements 

• 3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience 
• Proven execution across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok 
• Strong grasp of analytics, attribution, and GA4 
• Deep understanding of e-commerce acquisition funnels 
• Fluent English 
• Self-starter who can run multiple campaigns with minimal oversight 

Nice to Have 

• GCC market experience (UAE/Oman/KSA) 
• TikTok Ads at scale 
• Shopify, Klaviyo, or HubSpot familiarity 
• Influencer marketing execution
