Position OverviewWe're looking for a Creative Manager/Sr. Designer to lead our creative team and ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content that supports strategic marketing and growth campaigns for our clients.This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of design best practices, and experience managing creative projects from concept to completion—particularly within the financial services landscape.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end creative development process, from intake and briefing to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and account managers to translate marketing goals into compelling visual assets.
- Oversee internal and external designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creatives to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Develop and maintain project timelines in Monday.com, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and reviews, ensuring that concepts align with client objectives and industry compliance standards.
- Maintain knowledge of financial industry trends to guide creative direction and innovation.
- Manage design systems, templates, brand guidelines, and asset libraries for clients and internal use.
- Provide quality assurance for all creative deliverables including digital ads, social content, websites, sales collateral, video, email templates, and reports.
- Contribute to agency thought leadership by identifying emerging creative trends and technologies relevant to financial services marketing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a design management role, ideally within an agency or financial services environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital and print creative for B2B audiences.
- Proven leadership and project management skills—ability to manage multiple projects and creative teams simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Monday.com, Slack and similar tools.
- Familiarity with financial services marketing, including compliance requirements and industry-specific nuances.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
- Experience with video and motion graphics production.
- Background in performance marketing or UX/UI design.
- Experience managing freelancers and/or creative agencies.
