Remote Growth & Sales Specialist

  • Location: Remote (Work from Home)
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)
  • Compensation: Commission Only — $70K–$200K+ potential

Once they request more information and complete a short recorded survey, our team is notified that they want to speak with us. From there, our agents reach out, schedule a quick appointment, and guide clients through their protection options. There’s no cold calling, no door knocking, and no selling to friends or family — every lead is warm and pre-qualified. Your RoleAs a Remote Growth & Sales Specialist, You Will

  • Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone or Zoom
  • Help clients find mortgage protection coverage that fits their needs and budget
  • Follow our proven virtual sales system — no guesswork involved
  • Join daily Zoom training sessions (11 AM–12 PM EST) to sharpen your skills
  • Set, track, and achieve personal income goals
  • Stay coachable, communicative, and committed to growth

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a remote environment
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback
  • A current Life Insurance License (or readiness to complete a brief online course)
  • A reliable laptop, phone, and internet connection
