About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Country Lead (part time or full time) to join our marketing team. This role is crucial for enhancing Hiwell’s brand awareness and driving customer engagement through strategic influencer partnerships in Portugal. 

In this role, you will localize Hiwell's contents into Portuguese, and support the management in marketing campaigns (influencer marketing, content marketing and so on) to drive brand awareness and visibility in Portugal. 

Here’s what you will be doing: 

• Translate and localize our content (in English) into Portuguese. 
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers across various platforms in Portugal. 
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with Hiwell’s brand values and business objectives. 
• Coordinate and adapt influencer marketing strategies for Portugal, considering cultural nuances and local trends. 
• Measure and analyze Influencer Marketing efforts. 
• It is essential that the candidate is competent in process management and can effectively plan and organize their tasks. 
• Negotiating, conducting interviews, and establishing communication with local people and experts (psychologists, nutritionists, psychiatrists) are required for any operations, marketing, and other departments. 

The requirements we are looking for: 

• BA or equivalent in the relevant field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing. 
• Awareness and knowledge of social, and cultural trends, and current events in Portugal. 
• Passion for digital, social media, and influencer trends and best practices. 
• Strong negotiation, relationship, and process management skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Full professional proficiency in English.
