The Role

As ANZ Marketing Manager, you’ll lead marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, reporting directly to the Director of Go-To-Market & Partnerships. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a seasoned marketing generalist who thrives on variety and delivering measurable results. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Auckland.

What You’ll Do

• Drive marketing campaigns across digital, paid, and social channels
• Coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences
• Develop compelling content including case studies, blogs, and media outreach
• Manage website and social presence, optimising for engagement and conversion
• Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives with partners
• Work closely with external agencies and freelancers to deliver results

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS or technology
• Proven ability to execute across paid social, SEO/SEM, email, and content
• Experience generating and optimising MQLs and SQLs
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress
• Proactive, autonomous, and metrics-driven mindset
