Experience & Marketing Coordinator 

Part Time | Fully Funded Life

POSITION OVERVIEWFully Funded Life exists to help people pursue financial freedom and live with confidence, generosity, and purpose. Our membership serves individuals, families, businesses, and church congregations through courses, coaching, community, and challenges rooted in biblical stewardship. The person in this role sits at the intersection of all of it.This is a dual-impact role for someone who thinks like a marketer, serves like a minister, and executes like a pro. You'll own the member journey and shape how the world discovers and connects with Fully Funded Life, all while helping churches and individuals take their next faithful step toward financial freedom. If you've lived and worked in church culture, understand biblical stewardship from the inside out, and know how to build community that actually sticks, we want to meet you. This role starts at 25 hours per week and is designed to grow alongside the platform.WHAT YOU'LL OWNMember Journey & Retention

  • Design and continuously improve the onboarding experience for individual and church-sponsored members, making every new member feel welcomed, seen, and spiritually and financially set up for success
  • Develop proactive retention strategies by identifying at-risk members early and re-engaging them with intentional, personalized outreach
  • Own the full member lifecycle: welcome sequences, milestone recognition, renewal campaigns, and debt-free win celebrations
  • Be the internal voice of the member, surfacing feedback and patterns that improve the program over time

Community & Engagement

  • Build and sustain a vibrant online community where members feel spiritually grounded, practically equipped, and genuinely supported
  • Execute a consistent engagement cadence: weekly prompts, video content drops, biblically rooted financial tips, and encouragement posts
  • Produce monthly member newsletters that are personal, practical, and worth reading
  • Moderate discussions and champion a community culture that reflects the grace-filled, mission-driven spirit of Fully Funded Life
  • Track, analyze, and act on community engagement metrics

Church & Partner Experience

  • Support the onboarding experience for church partners and group-sponsored members, helping congregations launch Fully Funded Life with confidence and clarity
  • Serve as a relational point of contact for church leaders and stewardship directors, understanding their ministry context and helping them maximize the membership for their people
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up for church partnerships to ensure every partner feels supported throughout the year

Marketing & Growth

  • Manage and grow Fully Funded Life's social media presence across relevant platforms, creating and scheduling content that attracts new members and deepens engagement with existing ones
  • Support campaign planning and execution for membership launches, promotional periods, and seasonal initiatives
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to align member communications with launch calendars and promotional messaging
  • Maintain and optimize email marketing flows including welcome sequences, re-engagement campaigns, upsells, and renewal nudges, using the organization's CRM and marketing automation platform
  • Write copy for landing pages, promotional emails, social posts, and in-app messaging that reflects the brand voice and moves people to action
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using results to continuously refine messaging and strategy

Content & Experience Innovation

  • Coordinate content calendars for financial courses and member resources, ensuring timely launches and on-brand delivery
  • Bring creative ideas to the table that engage and delight our members: campaigns, milestone moments, member spotlights, and loyalty touchpoints
  • Assist with development and launch of new courses, resources, and program features

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

  • Member retention rate and renewal conversion
  • Evidence of a member experience that keeps getting better, tracked and documented quarter over quarter
  • Community engagement metrics: activity, logins, video views, forum participation
  • Church partner satisfaction and group-sponsored member engagement
  • Email performance: open rates, click-through rates, conversion
  • Social media growth and engagement
  • Marketing campaign results measured against defined membership acquisition and retention targets

WHO YOU ARE

  • Likable with the gift of hospitality.
  • Someone who has lived and worked in church or ministry culture and understands what it means to serve people well in a faith community
  • Personally aligned with biblical financial principles and genuinely excited about helping others steward their resources faithfully
  • A creative self-starter who moves fast, tries things, and doesn't need a detailed playbook to deliver results
  • A people person who understands community dynamics and knows how to make every member feel like they belong
  • Fluent in modern marketing tools including CRMs, email automation, social scheduling, and analytics dashboards
  • A strong writer who can shift from celebration and encouragement to persuasive promotional copy without losing the brand voice
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership of priorities, timelines, and outcomes

QUALIFICATIONSRequired:

  • 2+ years in marketing, member/customer success, community management, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated experience in church ministry, faith-based nonprofit work, or a similar mission-driven environment
  • Active personal faith and alignment with the biblical stewardship principles at the core of Fully Funded Life
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HighLevel, HubSpot, Infusionsoft, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute content across email and social channels
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

Preferred:

  • Experience in a church volunteer, leadership, stewardship ministry, or discipleship role
  • Familiarity with ministry culture across multiple denominations or networks
  • Background in or passion for personal finance and financial wellness programming
  • Experience growing and managing an online membership or subscription community

Employment Type: Part-time, non-exempt (25 hrs/wk with potential to grow to full-time)

Compensation: Starting at $20/hr, depending on experience

Location: Remote or in-office, depending on candidate location

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, or related)
