Job Title: Contract CopywriterWork Type: 100% Remote | ContractDuration: 6 Months (Potential Extension)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (20–40 hours/week)Role Overview

Seeking a hands-on Contract Copywriter to support high-volume content creation across digital, print, and marketing campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with creative and marketing teams to deliver clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content. The position also supports rebranding and content migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit content for emails, blogs, social media, web pages, and campaigns
  • Develop headlines, promotional copy, and marketing materials
  • Produce content for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and marketing teams

Required Skills

  • Strong copywriting across digital and marketing channels
  • Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Strong storytelling and persuasive writing skills
  • Experience using AI tools (Copilot, Grammarly, etc.)

Tools & PlatformsRequired: Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI writing tools

Preferred: Jira, Sprout Social, Adobe InCopy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio (PDF required) with multi-channel samples
  • Experience in digital, web, and print content

Submission Requirement

  • Portfolio required (PDF format)
  • Must include samples: blogs, emails, social, and cross-channel content
