• Transform a single idea into engaging multi-format content (posts, threads, visuals, short-form, etc.)
• Use data and performance insights to refine and optimise content continuously
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to:
• Accelerate content ideation and drafting
• Generate creative variations for different audiences
• Improve efficiency and scalability of content workflows

🧠 What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content, editorial, or digital marketing roles
• Exceptional writing and editing skills—you can simplify complex ideas into engaging content
• Strong understanding of audience behavior and platform dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A structured, analytical mindset with a creative edge
• Proven experience using performance insights to drive content decisions

• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
