We are seeking a SEO & Website Strategist to lead one of our regions in organic growth. In this role, you will be the owner for a group of brand's organic growth, leveraging technical website management, on page optimization, and other tools to increase the brand's organic presence.

Core ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy

  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO frameworks to maximize organic visibility and market share.
  • Content Intelligence: Perform sophisticated keyword research and competitive gap analysis to inform high-impact content strategies and SEO briefs.
  • Technical Auditing: Conduct regular site audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to identify and remediate crawl errors, indexation issues, and schema opportunities.
  • Authority Building: Oversee backlink profiles, internal linking logic, and metadata optimization to solidify domain authority and ranking stability.

Technical Website Management

  • Ecosystem Oversight: Manage the WordPress environment, ensuring all updates, design iterations, and content deployments align with SEO and performance standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile responsiveness to maintain a competitive technical edge.
  • Developer Liaison: Act as the strategic point of contact for external designers and developers to execute complex technical fixes and site architecture improvements.

Data Analytics & Conversion Optimization

  • Advanced Tracking: Architect and maintain robust measurement frameworks using GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track the full user journey and SEO ROI.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilize heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing to identify friction points and implement UX/UI enhancements that drive lead generation.
  • Performance Reporting: Synthesize complex data sets into executive-level monthly reports, providing clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Professional Qualifications & Expertise

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in SEO strategy and website management, ideally within an environment focused on high-growth organic performance.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in the WordPress ecosystem, including experience with page builders (Elementor/Divi) and a functional understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • SEO Toolset: Expert-level command of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Analytical Prowess: Advanced knowledge of GA4 and GTM; ability to derive strategic meaning from raw data.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to non-technical team members and align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Adaptability: A proactive commitment to staying ahead of search engine algorithm shifts and emerging digital marketing trends.
