🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Create original, engaging content for social media channels including graphics, videos, and written posts
• Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and copy teams to develop multimedia content
• Edit videos, design graphics, and produce visually compelling social media assets
• Monitor social media performance, analyse engagement metrics, and optimise content strategy
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and trends
• Excellent creativity, storytelling, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Must be based in Australia with full working rights
