We’re exclusively supporting a leading games studio (creators of one of the world’s longest-running MMORPGs) to find a talented Lead Marketing Analyst who wants to make a real impact; this is a hands-on role where you’ll own marketing analytics across multiple channels, helping shape campaigns for millions of players worldwide!

The Role

• Own full-funnel marketing analytics across CRM, paid media, lifecycle, and subscription funnels
• Work with attribution, incrementality, and media mix models to optimise spend and targeting
• Build forecasts, churn models, and player LTV analysis to guide decision-making
• Be the go-to person for all marketing data – MTA, dashboards, and campaign performance

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong SQL
• Strong Marketing Analytics experience
