We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and can architect a predictable, experiment-led outbound system that fuels meeting generation at scale.

The Purpose of This Role

In this role, you will define how Influee builds, optimizes, and scales outbound outreach across email and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with growth and sales to create high-volume, high-precision outbound programs that reliably generate qualified meetings.

You’ll develop the frameworks, testing systems, and segmentation models that allow us to reach the right ICP, at the right moment, with the right message - and continuously learn from performance data to scale what works.

You Will

  • Architect, test, and optimize high-volume outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn with relentless A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Build and maintain granular audience segmentation frameworks to ensure messaging precision for every ICP segment.
  • Develop trigger-based outreach automations based on prospect behavior, lifecycle stage, and intent signals.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to uncover insights, improve conversion rates, and scale outbound across SMB markets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape experimentation roadmaps, refine ICP hypotheses, and operationalize learnings into repeatable playbooks.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in outbound growth, demand generation, BDR strategy, or lifecycle/outreach experimentation in SaaS or high-velocity sales environments.
  • Mastery of outbound experimentation: sequencing, audience testing, messaging testing.
  • Ability to operate at scale and prioritize effectively in a high-volume SMB-focused outbound context.
  • Excellent written communication for email-led outreach; experience with multichannel (email + LinkedIn) outreach required.
  • Bonus: experience running outreach in multiple languages (e.g., ES/FR/DE) and understanding international messaging nuances.
