What's the position?

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing, Sportsbook to lead the development and execution of bold, consumer-centric campaigns that elevate the Hard Rock Bet brand across all channels and touchpoints.

You’ll drive the overarching strategy for integrated marketing campaigns — owning everything from insights and brief development to cross-functional orchestration and performance measurement. This role will serve as a key business leader and cross-functional collaborator, working closely with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Paid Media, CRM, Product, Operations, and Analytics) and external agencies to execute innovative, insight-driven marketing initiatives that drive brand love, customer engagement, and business results.

As a senior leader, you'll be expected to build and inspire a high-performing team, foster a culture of innovation and accountability, and ensure marketing strategies reflect a deep understanding of the sports betting audience, cultural trends, and product opportunities.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing Strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Sports Integrated Marketing function across the full campaign lifecycle — from brief through launch and performance reporting — ensuring excellence in planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Develop and own go-to-market strategies and communications frameworks for key product, promotional, and tentpole campaign initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Media, Creative, CRM, Social, Content, Operations, Insights, and Product to deliver seamless, impactful marketing campaigns that are aligned with business priorities.
  • Champion a customer- and culture-first mindset, leveraging audience insights and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Drive campaign planning at a strategic level, including annual/quarterly calendars, workback schedules, resource planning, and delivery checkpoints.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for integrated campaign success, ensuring timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and results are tracked.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop breakthrough creative, ensuring messaging is consistent, authentic, and performance-driven
  • Translate performance data and insights into clear post-campaign analyses, informing continuous optimization and growth strategies.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of integrated marketers, providing guidance and leadership to elevate overall marketing excellence.
  • Represent the voice of the sports betting community internally, identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and cultural resonance.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, with a strong background in the sports betting or real money gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Deep familiarity with go-to-market processes, marketing calendars, and multi-channel campaign workflows.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com, Asana) and campaign workflows.
  • Experience partnering closely with Creative, Product, and Media teams, with a deep understanding of performance marketing and brand storytelling.
  • A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knows how to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expert communicator with exceptional organizational skills — you can move from strategy to details seamlessly.
  • Deep passion for sports and gaming culture, with an instinct for audience-first storytelling and community engagement.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making data-informed decisions under pressure.
