What You’ll DoProactive Outreach
- Drive consistent outbound activity via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Reconnect with inactive clients and re-engage them with tailored solutions and cross-selling opportunities.
Pipeline Discipline
- Manage your sales pipeline in Pipedrive with accuracy and consistency.
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and deal progress so the whole team has visibility.
Virtual Sales & Consultations
- Lead virtual consultations (phone/Zoom) to uncover client needs, present solutions, and close deals.
- Contribute to team revenue goals by delivering at least $1.9M in converted orders annually.
Collaboration & Growth
- Participate in team meetings focused on business improvement, not just daily tasks.
- Embrace a culture of accountability, ownership, and support for each other.
What You Bring
- Proven track record in outbound sales and business development.
- Comfortable leading phone and virtual meetings.
- Strong communication skills across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Goal-driven and resilient with a hunger to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Organised, accountable, and disciplined in managing your pipeline.
- Experience in commercial office furniture or B2B solutions is a plus (not essential).
