Schedule: Full-time or part-time/fractional (flexible)

Salary Range: $65–75K (FTE) or prorated for flex models

Ferretly is hiring a Demand Marketing Technologist to help us build trust into the future of work.

We’re an AI-powered risk intelligence platform helping organizations screen for digital behavior signals that traditional background checks miss. It’s serious work with real-world impact—but we keep the startup spirit alive: smart, fast, and allergic to corporate jargon.

About the Role

We’re looking for a systems-minded, performance-obsessed growth operator. Not someone who wants to make TikToks or write brand taglines—but someone who lives, eats, and breathes new platforms and dashboards.

This role blends platform execution, funnel ops, and attribution clarity. Your job is to help us turn insight into pipeline—and help sales close faster with better data.

You might be our person if:

  • You test new tools before they trend
  • You read patterns like others read Twitter
  • You build campaigns to learn, not just launch
  • You’re resourceful and can’t help but optimize everything you touch

What You’ll Own

  • Manage multi-channel demand gen (LinkedIn, Reddit, X, email, etc.)
  • Set up and maintain CRM/automation systems (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier)
  • Build custom landing pages, forms, and attribution dashboards
  • Run experiments and scale what works
  • Tighten funnels and increase demo bookings

You’ll Thrive Here If:

  • You know how to own a stack without hand-holding (HubSpot, GA4, Zapier, etc.)
  • You like things lean and fast—but aren’t afraid to push back
  • You’re tech-curious, resourceful, and systems-driven
  • You care about ethical tech and a no-drama team culture

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with LLM SEO, zero-click search, or AI-influenced marketing
  • Light copy editing / QA skills to keep campaigns moving

Experience Required:

  • 3–5+ years in marketing ops, demand gen, or growth roles
  • Proven experience managing campaigns, automation, and CRM tools
  • Bonus for experience in B2B or SaaS
