The Role

We are looking for a Mobile Growth Manager (Part-Time) with a strong focus on monetization and revenue optimization.

You will own the full mobile growth funnel, but with particular responsibility for increasing LTV, ARPDAU, conversion to payer and overall monetization performance.

Your mission is to turn engagement into sustainable revenue without compromising player experience.

You will work closely with the founders, product and marketing to shape growth strategy and execute campaigns, experiments and product-led initiatives.

What You’ll OwnRevenue & Monetization Strategy

  • Define and optimize monetization strategy across IAP, in-game economy, pricing and offer design
  • Improve payer conversion, ARPDAU and overall LTV
  • Analyze player spending behavior and identify monetization opportunities
  • Collaborate on live ops strategy including events, bundles, promotions and seasonal drops

Growth Strategy & Measurement

  • Define mobile growth OKRs aligned with revenue, retention and user growth
  • Tracking CAC, LTV, payer conversion, churn, ARPDAU and retention cohorts
  • Identify and prioritize highest-impact growth and monetization experiments

Acquisition & Paid Channels

  • Optimize UA campaigns with a strong focus on LTV-driven acquisition, not just cheap installs
  • Continuously align CAC with monetization performance

Product-Led Growth

  • Collaborate with Product and Design to optimize onboarding flows, retention loops and engagement hooks that bring our interactive world to life.
  • Lead A/B testing on pricing, offers, bundles, rewards and engagement mechanics

Retention & Lifecycle

  • Design lifecycle strategies that increase long-term player value
  • Improve re-engagement and reduce churn among high-value segments

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Align growth and monetization initiatives with product releases, new features and athlete/IP activations

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile growth with direct responsibility for monetization metrics
  • Strong understanding of mobile game economics and free-to-play models
  • Comfortable working with ARPDAU, LTV, payer conversion and cohort analysis
  • Experienced with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Singular, Mixpanel, GA, or similar
  • Able to balance revenue optimization with player experience and long-term retention
  • Hands-on, experimental and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment

Must-Have

  • Experience working on mobile games or community-driven products
  • Proven track record improving monetization metrics (IAP, subscriptions, rewarded ads)
  • Experience running structured pricing and offer experiments
