Role Description
This is a contract, commission-based remote role for a Lead Appointment Setter. As a key member of our sales team, you will take on a leadership position, overseeing a team of appointment setters while actively contributing to lead generation and client outreach. Your primary responsibilities will include making 50 calls per week, setting your own appointments, conducting follow-ups to nurture leads, and managing a team of setters to ensure they meet their targets and maintain high performance standards.
In this role, you will:
- Engage in proactive prospecting and lead generation to identify potential clients.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads, aiming for high conversion rates.
- Perform consistent follow-ups on leads to close deals and build long-term relationships.
- Manage and mentor a team of appointment setters, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews to optimise team efficiency.
- Track and report on individual and team metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
This position is commission-based, with earnings structured as 30% of the revenue from deals closed in the first month, followed by 20% of the revenue from those deals in the second month. There is strong potential for high earnings based on performance and team success. The role offers flexibility in a remote environment, but requires self-motivation and the ability to juggle hands-on setting with leadership duties.
Future compensation could be Revenue share + Comms or Base + Comms
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.
- Extensive experience in Lead Generation and prospecting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and persuasively.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or mentoring teams in a sales or appointment-setting context.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, while handling multiple responsibilities.
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a related field is required; supervisory experience is a strong plus.
- Strong organisational skills to manage personal outreach (e.g., 50 calls/week) alongside team oversight and follow-ups.
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation and motivated by commission structures.
