Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to business growth. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, developing promotional strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing activities across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, creating compelling marketing materials, and supporting product and brand promotion. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective communication, and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor trends, coordinating promotional events and campaigns, managing marketing calendars, and monitoring campaign performance. You will support the creation of digital and offline marketing content, prepare presentations and reports, and contribute ideas that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

The role also involves tracking key marketing metrics, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve future initiatives. You will stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies to support continuous innovation and strategic decision-making.

Additional responsibilities may include supporting social media activities, email marketing campaigns, website content updates, partnership initiatives, and marketing operations as required. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about developing creative marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related digital tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, reporting platforms, or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to create presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new marketing technologies and industry trends.
