We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy combining creativity with data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Support brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and customer retention initiatives.
• Create and coordinate marketing content including website content, email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key marketing metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with design, sales, product, and external partners to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
• Assist with event planning, webinars, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines.
• Support the management of marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and marketing resources.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for stakeholders and management.
• Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.
✅ Requirements
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, campaign management, and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation and design tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking combined with attention to detail and results-oriented execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
