Genflow has scaled to over $115M in agency revenue over the last 10 years, working with some of the world's biggest creators, brands, and businesses. The Genflow Growth Accelerator is a 6-month, high-touch programme for agency founders who are serious about scaling. With 500+ agency owners already through the programme, members get access to live coaching calls, a private Slack community, and the exact frameworks, SOPs, and systems that Genflow have used to scale. 

The programme covers 5 core pillars:

  • Strategy, sales and growth
  • Client management and profitability
  • Operations and team management
  • Paid ads, funnels and marketing
  • Digital product monetisation. 

Members are expected to make real, measurable progress across every area of their agency over the 6 months, and it is the coach's job to make sure that happens.

As the programme scales, we are bringing on a dedicated Agency Growth Consultant to sit at the heart of the community and acting as a business consultant to an assigned portfolio of agency founders, taking real responsibility for their outcomes.

The Role:

Think of this role like a senior consultant who has been handed a portfolio of clients and told: make them successful. You are not facilitating, you are advising, directing, planning, & following up. You know each founder's business inside out, you know where they are stuck, and you do whatever it takes to move them forward.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a consulting background, whether that is a consulting firm or an independent freelance practice, who already has a track record of working closely with multiple clients and delivering real business outcomes. You are stepping out of that world and into the agency and online education space, where you will apply the same rigour & client focus to help agency founders grow their businesses using the Genflow playbook.

You will be assigned a portfolio of agency founders and remain their primary point of contact and coach for the full six months. Account managers handle the logistics inc scheduling, onboarding, and ensuring calls are booked so you can focus entirely on the coaching and consultancy work. You are the person in the community every day, on the calls, in the DMs, putting growth plans together, and making sure every single member implements what they need to see results.

Key Responsibilities:Consultation Calls & Direct Coaching

  • Run regular consultation calls with your assigned agency founders, diagnosing their biggest challenges, advising on strategy, & setting clear action plans.
  • Cover the full spectrum of agency growth topics on calls: business development, client acquisition, pricing and packaging, team structure, systems and SOPs, financial health, and CEO mindset.
  • Bring the depth and directness of a senior consultant to every call, not generic motivational coaching, but specific, bespoke, actionable advice rooted in what actually works.
  • Contribute to group calls alongside the Genflow leadership team, providing real-time consultancy & coaching to members in a live setting.

Growth Planning & Implementation Support

  • Build tailored growth plans for each founder, outlining exactly what they need to do, in what order, and why, to move their agency forward.
  • Support members throughout the implementation of their plans, being available to troubleshoot, refine, and course-correct.
  • Hold members accountable & ensure that advice given in calls translates into real action & measurable progress.

Daily Community Presence

  • Show up in the Accelerator's private community every day; answering questions, sharing insights, reviewing work, & maintaining a high standard of engagement.
  • Provide feedback via Slack, Loom, and voice notes on anything members share: pitches, proposals, outreach sequences, offers, pricing documents, and more.
  • Be the person in the community that founders trust and turn to first, someone who combines the warmth of a coach with the authority of a consultant.
  • Identify patterns in member questions & challenges, and proactively address common blockers before they escalate.

End-to-End Member Ownership

  • Own the result for each assigned founder from day one of the programme, tracking progress, celebrating wins, & closing gaps.
  • Monitor each member's engagement & trajectory across all areas of the curriculum; proactively reach out when someone goes quiet or falls behind.
  • Work closely with account managers to stay across call attendance, member satisfaction, & any logistical issues that could affect a founder's experience.
  • Flag at-risk members early & put recovery plans in place, no founder should reach the end of the programme without having made real, documented progress.

Genflow Systems & Knowledge Transfer

  • Learn & internalise the Genflow methodology including frameworks, systems, and playbooks so that your coaching consistently reflects the proven approach that has generated $115M+ in agency revenue.
  • Act as a bridge between the Genflow leadership team & the member community, translating senior-level thinking into founder-level coaching.
  • Feed insights from your coaching work back into the programme, surfacing what is and is not working so the curriculum & frameworks continue to improve.

General Requirements:

  • Based in a timezone compatible with regular calls across the UK, Europe, and North America (exact hours to be agreed).
  • Able to commit fully to the role, members & their businesses depend on your consistency & availability every single week.
  • Comfortable stepping into the agency and online education world, even if your background is in traditional consulting or freelance advisory work.
  • Professionally set up for video calls, you represent the Genflow brand in every interaction with members.
  • Driven by client outcomes, not activity, you measure success by whether your founders are growing, not by how many calls you ran.

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant consulting experience, whether from a consulting firm, an independent freelance practice, or a similar advisory
  • Track record of working closely with multiple clients simultaneously & delivering real business outcomes.
  • You do not need to have run an agency yourself, but you must have the consulting toolkit to quickly understand one: diagnosing problems, structuring solutions, and holding clients accountable to execution.
  • Experience advising on business growth strategy, client acquisition, pricing, operations, team structure, or profitability that goes beyond surface-level advice.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients or accounts at the same time, maintaining quality & momentum across all of them.
  • Strong enough communication skills to command trust & respect from ambitious founder-level clients.
  • A genuine interest in the agency and online education world, you are excited about stepping into this space and growing within it.
  • Prior exposure to digital agencies or the online business space either through clients you have consulted, sectors you have worked in, or communities you have been part of.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals; paid ads, funnels, content, and outbound sales, as many Accelerator members operate in these areas.
  • Previous involvement in a coaching programme, mastermind, or community-led learning environment as a facilitator or contributor is a huge plus
