Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach and onboard high-value KOLs across target markets (crypto, finance and Web3 verticals)
• Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts and build long-term stable relationships with KOLs
• Plan and launch KOL marketing campaigns, track performance and optimize strategies for better ROI
• Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to align KOL campaigns with business goals
• Monitor industry KOL trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

• 1-3 years+ BD or KOL marketing experience, crypto/CEX/Web3 experience is a strong plus
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with KOL platforms and ecosystem in global or regional target markets
• Strong communication, negotiation and project execution skills
• Self-driven, able to work remotely and meet performance targets
