We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies and product optimization through the power of data. Your insights will directly influence critical decisions, drive campaign success, and enhance user experiences, making a tangible impact on our global reach and engagement. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. You will:

  • Develop, maintain, and refine sophisticated data-driven models, including experimentation frameworks, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models, to elevate campaign performance, uncover emerging trends, and optimize product offerings.
  • Translate complex model outputs and business requirements into clear, actionable insights and comprehensive reports for marketing and product teams, while establishing crucial performance benchmarks across various digital marketing channels.
  • Design, implement, and automate content taxonomies, leveraging them for precise attribution modeling and in-depth performance analyses.
  • Utilize advanced natural language processing (NLP) and topic modeling techniques to analyze digital consumer feedback and sentiment, providing invaluable insights for our services and competitive positioning.
  • Must-Have Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical findings effectively to diverse audiences, including social, creative, marketing, advertising, and data science teams, as well as key stakeholders.
  • A strong, demonstrable understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in writing and querying code in SQL.
  • Proficient in Excel and other leading spreadsheet software.
  • Strong understanding of social metrics across key platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
  • Proven ability to analyze content performance across total, paid, and organic channels.
  • Proficiency in social listening, competitive analysis, and audience/consumer insights tools.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SEO metrics and performance data.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining marketing taxonomies.
  • Ability to read and analyze large amounts of content in Simplified Chinese.
